Position Description
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization''s products in a specified region or major geographical area/market. The Inside Sales Rep will grow an assigned account territory above base sales activity in order to maximize revenue from each assigned account and will also reactivate assigned accounts and prospect new business for the company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Contact, qualify and develop on-going relationships with assigned accounts in order to increase the sales and margin results for the territory based on plan.
Position requires a minimum of 2 hours daily, on the telephone conducting customer calls. This does not include internal calls required to conduct business (i.e., credit, regulatory, customer relations).
Develops account strategies, territory planning and administrative follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets; closing the sale and uncovering new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Stays informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of retaining and growing their accounts.
Compiles and maintains a detailed, customer database for assigned accounts using Salesforce (customer relationship management system). Coordinates, where appropriate, the resolution of account issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to maximize gross profit and sales growth.
Enhance selling skills through structured education and development initiatives, including self-study.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and presentation), including cold calling, negotiation and closing skills
Aggressive self-starter with a passion for sales and the demonstrated ability to present ideas, gain acceptance and build strong customer relationships
Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple priorities and a complex workload
Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, negotiation & conflict resolution
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation with the ability to work comfortably within all levels of the organization
Previous experience in healthcare industry, specifically, oncology - preferred
Education
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
