Role and Scope of Position: This position supports HR & Compensation. Person will work with and support HR Director and HR Business partners for key processes/projects such as performance mgmt., organizational design and employee transition/separation process. Oversight and processing transactions related to the HRIS system and provide required reports and data in support of regulatory requirements and other Company needs.
Essential Functions: Primary responsibilities as a two-person team to support the Director of Human Resources Consulting by performing various administrative/analytic functions including: (1) Supporting the implementation of various HR programs and initiatives. (2) Developing, maintaining and analyzing employee data (Excel/Access) for internal and external reporting purposes. (3) Managing an active calendar with a second HR Coordinator in MA or CT. (4) Coordinating/managing travel arrangements and reimbursable expenses with a second HR Coordinator in MA or CT. (5) Budget and Timekeeping. (6) Related support for HRC Team based in MA and CT. (7) Proactively problem solving potential conflicts as HR programs are developed and implemented. Must be resourceful and self-starter.
Must also be system saavy. Technical
Knowledge/Skill: Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite applications,
which includes advanced Excel skills to utilize in analyzing large
amounts of data effectively. Heavy reporting using Excel (v-lookups and
pivot tables). Must know Powerpoint for presentations and will also need
to know MS Word. Visio a plus. Requires excellent communication skills
both written and speaking one-on-one and in front of an audience or
small group setting along with collaborative interpersonal skills.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration or related discipline with three (3) years in the Human
Resources or related field.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3)
years in Human Resources or related field with demonstrated
collaborative, organizational and multi-tasking skills as part of a
two-person team supporting the Director of Human Resources.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
