The resident will be routinely evaluated and given feedback in accordance with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Association accreditation requirements. Experience Description: None Experience Minimum Required: Clinical knowledge. Experience Preferred/Desired: Experience in hospital pharmacy. Education Description: See Licensure Education Minimum Required: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Education Desired/Preferred: None Training Description: None Training Minimum Required: None Training Desired/Preferred: None Special Skills Description: Computer literacy, interpersonal skills, general clinical awareness Special Skills Minimum Required: Advanced communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. High-level cognitive ability to interpret and assess written medication orders to ensure optimal medication use. Teaching skills and qualified to precept residents, students, interns and externs. Special Skills Desired/Preferred: Membership with state and/or national hospital pharmacy associations. Licensure Description: Current, active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure for appropriate state or eligibility for licensure. Must acquire licensure within 90 days of hire date. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
