The resident will be routinely evaluated and given feedback in accordance with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Association accreditation requirements. Education Desired/Preferred: None Training Description: None Training Minimum Required: None Training Desired/Preferred: None Special Skills Description: Computer literacy, interpersonal skills, general clinical awareness Special Skills Minimum Required: Advanced communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. High-level cognitive ability to interpret and assess written medication orders to ensure optimal medication use. Teaching skills and qualified to precept residents, students, interns and externs. Special Skills Desired/Preferred: Membership with state and/or national hospital pharmacy associations. Licensure Description: Current, active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure for appropriate state or eligibility for licensure. Must acquire licensure within 90 days of hire date. Licensure Minimum: PHARMACIST-FOR APPROPRIATE STATE Licensure Preferred: None
