As a member of the iCIMS NOW team, the Client Acquisition Specialist is charged with bringing new customers into the iCIMS NOW platform. Working with marketing, channel management, client retention and product management, Client Acquisition Specialists will identify opportunities to acquire new clients and will work to optimize their close rates.
Develop relationships with potential new customers and understand customer''s needs and goals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Increase client base by 25% in your first quarter of production.
Maintain accurate and current records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Conduct demonstrations of the software to potential customers.
Conduct proactive calls with all clients to discuss goals, and to explain how needs may be met with specific iCIMS products and services.
Process and confirm new customer orders.
At least 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required.
Basic understanding of fundamentals of human resources and employment process.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, active listening and writing skills.
Self-motivated, sales focused, and service oriented.
Strong work ethic.
The ability to grasp new technology.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Competent with basic computer skills using Windows, MS office, and the Internet.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
