Great opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant looking to move up into a Manager role supervising one Tax Accountant!
The ideal candidate will be a Tax Accountant with a mix of public and industry experience that has FAS 109/ASC 740 and some FIN 48 experience.
Responsible for monitoring the company's effective tax rate, including consideration of all FAS 109/ASC 740 and FIN 48 implications.
Identify and implement structuring opportunities to minimize the Company's effective tax rate both in our current operating structure and in future acquisitions.
Assist tax outsource firm in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions.
Prepare tax footnotes and disclosures for 10-K and 10-Q's.
Assist finance department with SEC reporting responsibilities.
Review the Company's federal and state income tax returns, estimates and extensions.
Provide tax research for all tax questions, including income tax, payroll taxes, and state and local taxes.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
