Our client currently has a need for a Peoplesoft Applicatoin Support Specialist. This person will be joining a team which has two people also currently dedicated to PS support (among others that handle more general IT Support). Experience with AP/AR and Billing modules is required. This person will be responsible for the day to day support of an internal user base of 3,500 people, resolving an average of 20-30 tickets a day. Our client uses ServiceNow as a ticketing system, which is not specifically required but something comparable is a plus. This person needs to have both a technical and functional understanding of the Peoplesoft applications and modules, so that they can assist non technical personnel in understanding what they are doing and how to properly use the application. Communication is highly important as this is a phone support role.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
