We have an immediate opening for a Recruitment Supervisor in our Iselin, NJ location.
The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of the call center. You will be required to work days, evenings and occasional Saturdays. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Train new hires on recruiting procedures
Administer new hire paperwork, benefit information to all new recruiters (periodically)
Brief recruiters on a study ensuring their understanding of tasks (daily)
Monitor phone calls to ensure quality of calls and accuracy (daily)
Edit screeners for accuracy and past participation. Distribute them to project managers as they come in (daily)
Coaching recruiters and keeping them motivated and focused (daily)
Cancelling respondents or placing them on hold (daily)
Discipline recruiters either verbally or written (periodically)
Train recruiters on updates in SAMS (monthly)
Communicate effectively to project managers the needs and concerns of the recruiters. (daily)
Following up with emails regarding recruiting, issues, and study changes with project managers. (daily)
Monitoring the break sign out sheet to make sure recruiters follow break procedures. (daily)
Cleaning the coffee station and making sure recruiters have supplies (daily)
Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have 3
years of experience in market research combined with strong client service skills and strong knowledge of data collection. Candidates with experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry will be given strong preference.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
