Job Description
The Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Operations Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the successful delivery of key IT projects .
The role will utilize mastery of program and project management inter-related process stages (i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close) and the supporting processes (e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management).
This position will also use processes such as portfolio management, methods and tools, and quality assurance.
The Program Manager will develop and maintain a program charter, governance model, and roadmap for fully implementing Infrastructure and Operational Enhancements that support global SAP Deployment and ongoing acquisition integration efforts.
This position will also have supervisory responsibilities of Project Managers that will support Infrastructure and Operations projects and initiatives.
Specific Duties:
Establish and maintain the program charter, communication plan, and governance model with appropriate steering teams, decision making framework, and accountability structures.
Work to shape and manage the program with defined governance processes.
Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders on a regular basis, to create a program culture of inclusion and transparency.
Lead the development of project charters, work plans, and resource plans to manage the delivery of the objectives that are aligned with business goals.
Work to prioritize projects, negotiate schedules, and manage expectations related to delivery.
Manage and forecast demand, allocating available IT resources to approved projects and initiatives.
Manage an appropriate level of full time employees and supplier augmentation labor to deliver approved projects/initiatives.
Successfully execute the program and related projects to agreed schedule, cost, and scope.
Monitor and control the work to ensure that the program/project remains on schedule.
Plan for and manage change, based on evolving business needs.
Provide timely and accurate status reporting information to show progress against approved plans/projects.
Manage the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change management across both business and IT parts of the program/project.
Ensure that quality program/project standards are met as prescribed by IT Governance, through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects. Lead the team to develop risk management and issues management plans.
Participate in the expansion and implementation of ITIL in process areas such as Software Asset Management,
Service Catalog Management, Service Portfolio Management, and Project Portfolio Management.
Support effective integration between Help Desk, IT Change Management, and Project Management tools.
Supervise, coach, mentor and support Infrastructure and Operations Project Managers as needed.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
External Candidates: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Project/Program Manager
Internal Candidates: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 3 years of experience with IT Project/Program Management
ITIL Certified or ISO/IEC Foundation Certified preferred
PMI PMBOK Certified preferred
Six Sigma Certified preferred3 years of experience with IT Service Management principles, processes and methodologies
1 year of supervisory experience
Experience in using ITIL Change Management best practices preferred
SharePoint experience preferred
SAP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ITSM experience preferred
Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server experience preferred
SAP ChaRM training or experience is a plus
Excellent leadership skills
Experience and knowledge of ITIL Change Management, Incident Management, an Project Management best practices
Experience in using PMBOK best practices for cross functional environments, including Infrastructure and Operations
Experience using phases and gates within project management approaches
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent coordination and listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including the ability to influence across the organization
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
