2-3 years experience in a software support role
Experience in a Windows environment
Healthcare IT background (preferred)

You will:
Troubleshoot issues and implementing a plan for resolution at a second tier level
Work closely with Solutions Delivery, Transformation and customer resources
Participate daily in support process, customer advocacy and customer checkups
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to customer scorecards
