Perform browser-based administrative support for SharePoint 2010 sites

Analyze team content in Lotus Notes and SharePoint; perform analysis to help determine SharePoint library taxonomy (tags)

Document any workflows needed to support team document management processes

Define needed SharePoint views of lists and libraries and work with the content manager to have them implemented
-
Identify needed new SharePoint content types
-
Populate team SharePoint pages (not sites) according to standard templates
-
Work with the content manager to coordinate design and information architecture activities
-
Document the processes and procedures related to SharePoint activities to facilitate knowledge transfer
-
Learn, understand and apply governance policies and procedures
-
Assist users with SharePoint questions and demonstrate basic SharePoint functionality
-
Edit all documentation for correct grammar, format, and spelling, and to ensure that the documentation follows both the standards developed for the specific manuals and industry-wide standards.

Work with the appropriate personnel to ensure all documentation is published to the client intranet

Develop a working knowledge of the software that is used for these updates, Adobe FrameMaker.

Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional and SnagIt.
Advanced SharePoint experience is required to:
- Create and maintain pages, libraries, lists, sub-sites, workflows.

Establish permissions, customized and general, as needed and/or requested.

Monitor and trouble-shoot Information Retention Policies (IRPs) for documents, libraries, lists, etc.
-
Respond to all requests for assistance in SharePoint; demonstrate basic functionality.

Create, monitor and edit content management templates in SharePoint including Job Aids, Guidance/Patterns & StandardsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
