Summary:
The Senior Account Manager-Lamination is for the sale of Company products and services through developing and maintaining customer contacts within an assigned territory or area of responsibility.
, Requirements:
Develops new customers through cold calling and other sales development activities.
Solicits orders from established and new customers.
Maintains information and records regarding customer purchases, inventories, marketing trends and preferences.
Develops purchase orders and various sales contracts.
Resolves customer problems or facilitates resolutions with other departments.
Mentors sales trainees and account managers.
Participates in new product introductions.
Prepares annual reports as required.
Develops new markets and market penetration strategy.
Secures prompt payment from customers and assists with accounts receivable management.
Follows up on production and delivery to ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner.
Develops and maintains positive relationship with customers.
Performs other duties as required

Job Description:
Knowledge
Bachelor degree - required
Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferable within the Universal family of companies.
Required at least 3 years of sales/production experience in flat panel lamination field
Two consecutive years of attainment of sales quotas and margins
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
Preferred lamination manufacturing background, but not required
Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
Skills and abilities
Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels and the public
Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate proficiency in general telephone and office etiquette and legible handwriting
Demonstrated ability to be mobile in the work environment.
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to apply business math to manufacturing processes.
Ability to assist in design and layout of lamination line
Conduct
Self-managing; works well under little supervision
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Good interpersonal skills and good communicator
Strong organization skills
Be a team player and support the Company's goals
Conducts in a professional manner
Ability to pass a drug testEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
