Overview:
To prepare and assemble all personalized items in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Review products for accuracy, color and centering. Proofread, color correct and crop if necessary before releasing the image. Scan packages for press.
Operate the cutter to cut down orders to appropriate size.
Sort announcements and match up to customer's package.
Bag appropriate materials for each order and send to the appropriate area.
Safely operate the hot press for T-shirts and mouse pads.
Prep and glaze ceramic products.
Assemble jewelry products and burn CD's.
Assemble First Moments and Tiny Toe's Frames.
Ensure adequate supplies of production materials are kept on hand.
Qualifications:
Good manual dexterity
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
Ability to consistently pack at the set standard throughout the shift.
Ability to work and communicate as an effective team member.
Flexibility to work unscheduled hours as needed
Reliable daily attendance
Special Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform highly repetitive tasks, sit or stand for extensive periods, occasionally lift up to 25-30 lbs.
