Sr. Claims Processor

Our Client in the Des Moines area is looking for Claims Processors to join their team on a temp to hire basis.
Candidates in this role are responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks, processes or functions of variable complexity. The role requires individuals to be accountable for the operation process from start to finish. Successful processors will serve as a mentor for less experienced processors in regards to training, or resolution of complex issues or transactions.
Responsibilities include:
Using multiple online systems
Receiving and reviewing incoming work
Contacting appropriate vendors as needed
Verifying accuracy while entering transactions
Adapting to rules and regulations to ensure process meets compliance standards
Problem solving abilities to resolve customer issues
Minimum Requirements:
College Coursework

years of related experience in a professional services production environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
