Job
Summary:
Oversee daily operations of fulfillment and warehouse operation.
Supervise and coordinate activities in the warehouse environment in accordance with pick, pack, shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported exported products.
Provide proactive customer service to internal and external customers.
Model and act in accordance with the guiding principles and core values set by the company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
Maintain performance statistics.
Assist in staff retention and training efforts.
Review and monitor shipment and performance documentation for accuracy.
Provide responsible supervision and control for all department activities.
Examine various documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported exported products.
Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently administered.
Identify areas of concern in the operation through monitoring of team performance against company and client standards.
Qualifications
Ability to allocate work assignments and or tasks responsibilities to others to maximize the organization's and the individual's effectiveness.
Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.
Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
Analyzes complex problems and develops alternative solutions.
Ability to model the organization's vision and values and guide others.
Ability to plan work for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Effectively participates in and or supervises department projects related to assigned area of responsibility.

Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
