This position is based in North Wales, PA but does have potential to be a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the business needs of internal clients to support full lifecycle recruitment.
Partner with hiring entities to create an accurate position profile based upon business need.
Develop, maintain and leverage creative sourcing strategies (e-recruitment, industry associations/networks, job fairs, diversity groups, campus recruitment, database searches, etc.) to identify and attract potential talent per the needs of the business.
Assess potential applicant skill sets against the needs of the business.
Schedule and participate in face-to-face interviews
Participate and facilitate the candidate selection process.
Work with hiring business and candidate to negotiate offers
Maintain database to track recruitment process in the ATS.
Keep abreast of market trends and workforce availability.
Responsible for insuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college required
7
years of full cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation)
Large corporate environment experience is preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external clients
Experience with state-of-the-art applicant tracking systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task
Able to effectively manage multiple and sometimes changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with education and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
