Langley Apartments has a full time opening for a qualified Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Position for one of our student housing properties.
The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the property.
You will assist with keeping up reports, collections, processing applications, filing, leasing, answering the phone and interacting with residents and prospects. You will also be required to work to cover leasing on Saturday rotation with the Property Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position has a working knowledge of managing an apartment community, experience providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to attract, manage, and retain residents and staff. He or she must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to balance priorities. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Some lease
