Job Description
Provide national support for internal project management software via telephone and email.
Deliver user trainings to national teams via online conferencing tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical and product functionality issues.
Test and reproduce issues to determine the cause of the problem, and document any software deficiencies in case notes to provide to the development department.
Document all incoming issues.
Manage customer expectations in regards to issue resolutions.
Work with national markets on performing and supporting software upgrades.
Maintain relationships and open lines of communication with other departments.
Required Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Time management and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to travel if needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
