Responsibilities will vary but may include general ledger and financial statement review, reporting package and audit workpaper preparation, maintenance of depreciation and amortization schedules, budget analysis, variance analysis, and a variety of special projects. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, organized individual with real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Four year accounting degree required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
