We are currently seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
POSITION
Summary:
This position will develop, implement and maintain reporting and analytical capability that will provide financial support to the organization. The incumbent will also be accountable for preparing or reviewing moderately complex financial analysis regarding the Companys performance. This position will also be responsible for organizing and participating in various investor inquiries via phone calls, meetings and conferences. This position will also lead and support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for business intelligence research, analytics and reporting requests for the senior leadership team.
Responds to and assists with investor inquiries within the guidelines of Regulation Fair Disclosure.
Organizes and documents various meetings regarding quarterly earnings, including preparation of supporting material for management.
Prepares and distributes daily market update report (stock, analyst notes, competitive intelligence).
Prepares multiple presentations for management team for investor conferences and quarterly earnings calls.
Organizes the Companys annual proxy distribution process and annual shareholders meeting.
Regularly prepare electronic presentations, reports, spreadsheets, etc., that are shared with or presented to other internal or external senior executives
Support the documentation and preparation for meetings and may need to attend meetings in support of the Finance and Strategic Planning teams.
SCOPE AND IMPACT
The position will interact globally and with all levels of the organization. The output of the role has a high impact on the business. The individual must be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization including senior management, investors and third parties. He/she must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in a finance, analyst, project management related role.
Bachelor's Degree required
A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged and confidential information in a respectful manner.
High proficiency in project management, attention to detail, prioritization of work and organizational skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - can interact with all levels of an organization, internally and externally, with a calm and friendly attitude, especially when dealing with difficult situations.
Must be flexible and available outside of normal business hours. May be required to respond to urgent matters at all times of the day and/or on scheduled days off
Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight time constraints, and periodic high volume circumstances.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office -- strong Excel, Power Point and Word skills and experience required.
Ability and willingness to travel to conferences or meetings as necessary is strongly desired.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position will report to VP, Strategic Planning with a strong dotted line to the VP, Investor Relations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
5-10%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
