The Independent Living Supervisor supervises the Residential Advisors, plans, organizes and supervises assigned shifts, and provides training, assessment and leadership for the Independent Living Staff. This position reports maintenance problems and employee student relations issues, conducts regular dorm meetings, facilitates social skills training, reviews student progress, provides group and individual guidance, and ensures that students follow all policies related to the dormitories. A valid State Driver's License and ability to work flexible/shift hours is a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
