As CAD Designer II, you'll report to the CAD Team Leader of the APE Engineering Team in Rock Hill, SC USA
Job description
Use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to develop conceptual 3D master layouts. Under the direction of the Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, Independently create designs that will conform to Project/Product Requirements. Work efficiently, maintaining and controlling workflow, so that drawings are completed in compliance with schedules determined by the Project Engineer or Engineering Manager. Initiate and/or revise 3D model files as required by the product/project. Create 2D detail drawings from your designs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience - 5 to 7 years of experience in 3D modeling (Inventor preferred)
Education - 2 or 4 year techincal degree normally required. Formal training in 3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor preferred.
Skills - Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and engineering design skills. Must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a team. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and AutoCAD and remain current with other relevant computing skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
