A fast growing healthcare/hospitality provider is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst and Manager to manage the software eco-system for the corporate office. Essential Functions:
Manage and evaluate business systems, current business processes and needs, maintain overall business application roadmap & strategy.
Partner with key business leaders to analyze business processes, then research, propose and implement solutions for complex business challenges leveraging standard selection & implementation methodologies.
Supervise systems implementations, upgrades and migrations.
Analyze and assess current business processes and make recommendations
Manage end user expectations
Review & mentor business analysts
Qualifications:
Experience implementing, upgrading or migrating business applications, whether they be proprietary or from a vendor
Leadership experience, whether it be leading projects, training/supporting clients or managing reports
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc
Experience with Microsoft technologies a plus (Exchange, SharePoint and Lync)
