Key responsibilities include: Providing training and coaching to associates in all aspects of the Clare Bridge program
Planning and coordinating programs and activities, including outside sources, that provide life-enriching activities for our memory care residents
Strengthening local community involvement through promotion of volunteering among members of the community and residents families
Developing, planning, and participating in the daily and weekly Clare Bridge program
Implementing programs that facilitate socialization among residents
Coordinate family night every other month
In direct contact with the residents at least 8 hours a day

We seek the following
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of related experience; experience working with memory care residents and activity a plus
Valid driver''s license
Basic typing skills are essential along with basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows
Compassionate, patient, high energy, and creative to encourage resident participation
Flexibility in schedule required, typical hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm including some weekends
Must enjoy working with the senior population
