Key responsibilities include: Cleaning public area floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
Properly setting up appropriate caution and safety signs to ensure safety of residents and visitors
Cleaning carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
Cleaning public restrooms including washing, sanitizing, and/or polishing bathroom fixtures

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
One year of facilities maintenance experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
Flexibility with schedule including availability to work ocassional weekends and holidays if needed
Must enjoy working with the senior population
