Looking for a songwriter/performer interested in teaching students ages 8-13 in for 2 weeks this summer. Need to be knowledgeable in garage band. Curriculum will be provided so no need for experience in designing curriculum. This is a collaborative teaching position. Must like teaching and working with youth. Location: Palo Alto.
We are looking for an individual with the following skills:
an excellent musician.
good interpersonal skills.
creative and proactive.
good knowledge of musical styles.
patient with students.
good communication skills.
able to see students weak and strong points.
self-motivated.
able to play one or more instruments.
excellent stage presence
Good pay and small classes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
