The Glenmore Distillery is currently seeking applicants for Operator.
Specific duties include safely operating and maintaining machinery and equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent walking and climbing stairs, reworking and repairing damaged product, performing general housekeeping, yard maintenance, and warehouse work. Work environment may not be climate controlled.
This position has a starting salary of $17.63 per hour and is part of a collectively bargained unit.
Successful applicants will have minimum HS diploma or equivalent, and a stable and safe work history in a manufacturing environment. WorkKeys required (Observation - 3, Reading for Information - 4, and Applied Math - 4). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in environment that may not be climate controlled. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
