We are seeking Printer Technicians that can help us continue our goal of great customer service.
Skills Needed:
At least 2
years of multi-functional printing device experience with both hardware/software knowledge.
In-depth knowledge of how printing device works and have a working knowledge of all parts of the printing device.
Advanced troubleshooting experience at least 1
years of professional experience
Must be versed in the networking of these printers; examples of printer manufacturers: Ricoh, Xerox, Cannon, HP, etc.
Experience providing excellent customer service and the ability to properly type and log client issues/ resolutions through ticketing systems.
Able to make timely use of day, balancing paperwork and service calls.
Must own reliable vehicle and work out of the corporate office in Gainesville
Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
