Lead Technical Analyst - Portals, Search & Collaboration
We have an immediate contract opportunity with a large F500 client in the Pleasanton, CA area.
You will successfully lead and collaborate with teams to deliver and unlock communication and collaboration capabilities and solutions.
Responsibilities:
o Lead technical efforts and releases supporting technical solutions owned by MSMEC
o Drive and support Communication, Collaboration and Search capabilities for our retail clients across all brands
o Work closely with Infrastructure and Agile Application Delivery to deliver and provide ongoing support to MSMEC owned technology solutions
o Provide vendor Management (Software as a Service providers, Software Package vendors)
o Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for Communication, Collaboration and Search technologies.
Qualifications
o BS/BA Business, CS, IS or equivalent experience
o 8 years of technology experience and 5 years experience with web architecture, communication and collaboration applications.
o Prior Technical Leadership experience related to Communication, Collaboration and Search technology.
o Expertise in Web and Mobile Delivery Architecture: Communication, Collaboration and Search technologies
o Portals experience including: Developing and supporting internal and external communication and collaboration portals powered by web content management systems
o Web Content Management on a large scale supporting internal and external digital channels, web and mobile
o Collaboration: Knowledge of collaboration vendors and tools, and integration capabilities.
o Search: Understand search technologies and the ability to tune search engines.
Preferred Skills:
o Adobe CQ
o Google Search Appliance
