Position Summary (Purpose of job):
Responsible for eliciting and documenting product requirements for software applications. Works with customers, business users, development, quality assurance, professional services, and customer support to identify, evaluate, and document functionality requirements which meets business needs. Must be able to excel in a fast paced, flexible environment while interfacing with several distinct groups. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Key Responsibilities
(List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order):
1. o Performs research and analysis for high-level business requirements. Leads and facilitates Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with business, clinical group, and technical stakeholders. During the JAD session the Business Analyst elicits functional, data, user interface, and nonfunctional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business problem. Document requirements utilizing both natural language and Unified Modeling Language (UML) artifacts such as use cases, activity diagrams, etc. Validate functional requirements to large groups of stakeholders.
2. o Formally present functional requirements to large groups of stakeholders and acquire approvals for functional requirements. Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that the business requirement's vision and goal is met in the delivered software application. Enter, manipulate, and report on requirements stored in a requirements management tool. Provide guidance for technical writers on content and structure of user documentation.
3. o Facilitate change management control for approved functional requirements. Provide estimations of effort and duration for project planning and management. Track tasks, progress, and milestones. Provide updates to management and document issues, risks and contingency plans.
4. o Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization's requirements engineering policies, procedures and tools.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
