The newly created Neurology Department at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine located at the main campus in Royal Oak, Michigan, provides an outstanding opportunity for motivated academic Neurologists. William Beaumont Hospital has consistently been recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in the nation by US News & World Report. This is an opportunity to design and create your own subspecialty program that will address the needs of this suburban community and its surrounding counties. There is ample opportunity for both clinical and basic science research. We have an accredited comprehensive center, 24/7 Neuro IR and Neurosurgery coverage. Medical and Surgical Neuro ICU's with stroke certified MLP's and nursing staff, as well as stroke certified IP rehab staff.
