Job Description:
This role will support delivery of the Business Intelligence solution roadmap working with Client IT other responsibilities include:
Support delivery of the reporting optimization projects
Support option evaluation and impact analysis for new technologies and capabilities
Understand, clarify and analyze requirements
Develop WinShuttle macros for automation with SAP and Vistex
Create supporting user documentation and support MFC user training on reporting solutions like Business Objects, SQL Server Reporting
Provide warranty support and trouble shooting for solutions delivered to customers
Support updates to technology application Roadmaps
Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to the Business Solutions Manager
Capture, document and communicate best practices with other MFC TS resourcesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
