This position is responsible for coordinating, overseeing and providing direct care to all populations from neonate to geriatric presenting to the Emergency Department for care. This position reports to the immediate shift Charge Nurse, unit coordinator and department director. This position manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
Associate's Degree In Nursing BSN Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of ED clinical experience as a direct care provider preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills either through work experience or clinical rotation.
AHA healthcare provider CPR certification
ACLS PALS required
Current and valid professional registered nurse license in GeorgiaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
