As the Manager, Inventory Control you will oversee associates in the Reverse Logistics and Audit Recovery areas while providing necessary compliance checkups
Team Management - provide training and development to both new and existing employees, effectively use coaching opportunities to develop the team, ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, administer timely and appropriate counseling when needed
Return Logistics - identify root causes of non- compliance, determine solutions and formulate action plans for improvement. Ensure all return credits are reconciled within specified time frame and team goals are aligned with corporate goals
Compliance Checks related to shrink, damage, salvage and other cost cutting and control initiatives - use analytics to detect areas of non-compliance. Provide timely, accurate reporting to business partners, assisting with action planning as needed
Warehouse Audit Programs - develop metrics to predict areas of opportunity for cost cutting, project future operational training needs
Provide reporting and oversight in other areas of department as needed
Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelors Degree in Operations, Management or Finance/Accounting preferred (or 8
years relevant work experience)
Experience (Minimum Needed): 5
years
Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: Inventory Control and/or Operations knowledge
Special Skills: High level of Excel, Access required; Strong Analytic ability necessary
