Great organization seeking someone seeking a professional to perform sales activities for a well-known establishment.
Essential / Principal Job Duties:
Log at least 30 contacts per day
Solve Client Concerns
Assist Sales Associates
Balance daily remittance with 100% accuracy
Complete Beginning of day 100% accuracy
100% of Corporate communications emails/letters worked
Client Calls (Late pay, Premium Change, OYS)
Perform other functions as assigned by her/his supervisor
Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Must be bilingual English and Spanish
H.S. Diploma
Insurance Industry knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
Must be proficient with Microsoft office.
Must have a basic knowledge of math.
Must have highly developed interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
