Our client is currently seeking a Senior AQE for Kalamazoo, Michigan
Establish and leverage effective working relations with internal product development teams to identify product requirements for all components and products requiring supplier PPAPs. Identify component and product risk, key features, and dimensional requirements through engagement with product development teams. Set PPAP requirements for all supplied components and products. Establish relations and robust communications with suppliers to appropriately communicate component and product PPAP requirements. Develop suppliers ability to execute PPAPs per company standards and expectations. Submit PSWs to suppliers, manage supplier PPAP delivery schedules, and review supplier PPAP submissions to ensure compliance and project timing. Understand and apply standard engineering and problem solving principles. Monitor quality of supplier products and control of dimensional stability. Manage component and product first article inspections through supplier dimensional reviews and internal metrology lab inspections.
This role will require extensive knowledge of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and bottom up risk documents such as FMEAs or FMECAs. The main responsibilities will be to work with design engineers, quality engineers, metrologists, and suppliers to ensure that parts are properly manufactured by our approved suppliers. The individual in this role will help in the creation of component FMEAs, authoring of PPAP documentation and communication of requirements to suppliers. Additionally, the individual will work with suppliers, metroligists and design engineers to ensure supplied parts meet all dimensional requirements. Familiarity in the following areas is required: Exceptional working relationships PPAP FMEA or FMECA GD&TEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
