We are seeking positive and energetic Restaurant General Managers to create an entertaining and exciting dining experience for customers, a supportive and fun culture for employees and financial success in the range of two to six million dollars per year for your restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager with T.G.I. Friday's, you will manage all aspects of management, including marketing and human resources, as you ensure that your restaurant meets our standards of quality, service and operational excellence. You will focus on the delivery of great guest experiences, direct and support team members and manage all profit and loss centers. You will also maintain an accurate and up-to-date restaurant staffing plan, prepare employee schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed during all shifts.

Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant General Manager with T.G.I. Friday's, you will utilize your entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities to drive sales, traffic and return visits, develop and implement opportunities to control costs and increase market visibility and provide budget management and oversight. You will also ensure that legal and company standards are met and follow-up quickly on all customer or employee complaints.
Additional responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager include:
Completing all financial and payroll administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Preparing end-of-shift reports including daily labor and food control
Providing honest feedback, coaching and development to employees
Evaluating employee performance fairly and frequently and holding employees accountable to good results
Using our Great Selection process to interview all employees and ensuring that new hires meet our standards
Identifying high-potential employees to fill future management openings
Performing liquor, wine and beer checks to ensure that they are invoiced properly
Ensuring that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers and company assets
Completing all other necessary tasks to promote operational efficiency

Position Requirements
As a Restaurant General Manager with T.G.I. Friday's, you must possess the superb communication and customer service skills necessary to connect with a diverse customer base and motivate a top-performing team. You must also have strong organizational and employee management skills.
Additional requirements for the Restaurant General Manager include:
High school degree required; college degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Economics or Business Administration preferred
Minimum 2 years management, supervisory and/or leadership experience required, restaurant management and/or progressively responsible management experience preferred
Strong business acumen, understanding of how businesses operate and ability to take on increased levels of responsibility
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on your feet within a fast-paced environment
Business and/or customer service experience a plus
TIPS, Alcohol Awareness and/or ServSafe certifications a plus
