Administration of shop employees in a manufacturing
and assembly environment: assist and monitor daily employee production tasks, actively implement and control policies and procedures, strive to introduce improvement into process, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Continue to maintain safe working conditions for all employees.
Maintain and improve good working conditions and increase employee's skills and capabilities.
Prepare plans for the above and discuss with management
Assist manager and supervisors in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.
Promote effective employee relations: Provide employee coaching and development, make employment decisions, and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
Balance safety, quality, morale, productivity, and cost to achieve positive results in all areas.
Work to continuously improve all areas.
Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular process reports to management.
Investigate accidents and corrective actions plans.
Maintain proper inventory levels.
Prioritize department duties.
Maintain accurate knowledge of policy and procedures.
Prioritize jobs as needed to achieve production schedule daily
Track and schedule overtime when needed.
Follows all departmental and plant safety rules and regulations .
2 year degree and/or equivalent emperience in related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
