Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining the stock of assigned bars in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the casino. This is to ensure internal and external guests receive extraordinary guest service and operations run smoothly.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Keeps all assigned bar areas stocked and in compliance with internal requisitions.
2. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers.
3. Keeps inventory of supplies in stock rooms. Notifies supervisor when an order is needed in marketing casino promotional activities.
4. Maintains courteous and outgoing attitude with both in-house and public contacts.
5. Will be required to aid and assist in the setting up of F&B functions in regards to portable bars and any beverage functions per BEO requests
Job Requirements:
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to speak effectively with customers and Team Members.
Ability to create or carry out and understand instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, cold, heat, humidity, vibration, crowds, and smoke.
Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent guest service skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting.
Basic mathematical skills.
Pleasant phone manner.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
