Summary: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst's primary role is to support applications and staff by recommending and implementing systems and system enhancements that promote business efficiency, compliance and growth. In addition, the Sr. BSA contributes broad experience and a high level of expertise in business processes and system functionality. On project management assignments of high risk and complexity, the position leads and directs activities such as requirement definition, research, analysis, testing, training, and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Focus on support of Operations, back office, reporting, analytics, and/or other business systems and processes as required.
Develop an understanding of a broad range of business processes and related systems; provide strategic advice for business processes and solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and with technical staff to develop solution alternatives.
Provide guidance to peers with less experience within the analytical and/or project management area of job.
Participate or lead in the Project Management process; contribute to project deliverables including vision documents, status reports, and project, risk, resource and financial plans.
Communicate status, business impacts and system changes to team members, business partners, sponsors, management and other interested parties.
Coordinate issues-tracking and own issue resolution on high level, complex projects.
Estimate effort, duration, and resource utilization for testing activities and actively manage these activities through implementation.
Identify testing risks and contributes to the overall management of project and risk plans.

Essential Education, Skills and
Experience:
BS/BA degree and/or 5 or more years of progressive business systems analysis and/or project management experience.
Significant Oracle Applications experience
Experience with ASCP Planning, MPS and Kanbans
Oracle SQL experience; ability to run queries against the oracle database
Experience with Oracle Order Management, Pricing, and Purchasing
Experience with implementing eCommerce applications
Experience with Oracle financials modules desirable
Ability to analyze complex business problems and apply broad business knowledge to propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.
Ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business and technology professionals.
Adaptable to a variety of project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, trainer, team lead or mentor.
Ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Basic supervisory skills needed for leading project teams. Must be able to act as Project Manager on various projects. Must be able to provide direction to administrative collaborators from other departments.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Works in an office environment with other department staff, utilizing a computer workstation and various software applications. Specific work schedule is coordinated with direct supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
