IMPORT & EXPORT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Are you looking to join a dynamic, successful high growth company that really cares about its employees? We are currently seeking an experienced, creative, an energetic Import & Export Logistic Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Possess knowledge of Import & Export process - Export Documentation Knowledge in Import & Export License applications, shipment and custom clearing processes Manage export and import logistic operations and movement of products Coordinate export and import planning Provide direction in all phases of international logistics and prepare and maintain information and documentary records Coordinate and advise on activities for customs clearance and facilitate claims, refunds, etc. in various countries Establish procedures to review documents and invoices from service vendors (brokers and freight forwarders) for regulatory compliance and billing accuracy. Work with service vendors to resolve invoice and document errors Oversee all functions of the Import & Export program and assist as needed in operational activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree-Preferably in Import or Export Logistics, Purchasing, or Business Administration At least 2-5 years of experience in Import or Export Logistic roles Ability to work in a fast pace environment Organizational, planning, good geographical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential Attention to detail and accuracy in execution of tasks Able to work well within a team as well as within a multicultural setting Ability to multi-task and handle HIGH volume of work Must be able to independently manage and collaborate with various departments, customers and vendors with minimal supervision Strong Planning, organizing, and decision-making skills Strategic minded, result-oriented and possess can-do attitude in problem solving Excellent analytical, reporting, communication & presentation skills Strong computer skills
