A company in Charlotte is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in their recent project needs. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be assisting in matching invoices, running reports, performing accounts receivables duties, and performing data entry into their Accounting software. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be reporting the Accounting Manager.
Required Qualifications
o2-3 years of accounting experience (intermediate Accounts Receivable, intermediate Accounts Payable).
oStrong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
oStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to multi-task to meet all deadlines.
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
oSelf-starter with lots of initiative.
oAbility to work independently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
