Overview:
Responsibllies include maintaining detailed records, packaging product, loading, and unloading of product, along with settting up, operating and maintaining equipment.

Ability to be trained to perform all the functions of the Bulk Grits and Bulk Hominy Loader.
Ability to backup for different positions, Bulk Grits and/or Hominy loader as needed.
Ability to operate the Trackmobile/Rail King to move cars as needed during night shift operations.
Responsible for packaging/or loading the proper product from the proper bins into the proper bags or bulk vessels for all packaging lines.
Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining the equipment such as packers, conveyors, sifters and palletizer.
Maintain proper weights.
Sets, cleans and adjusts code daters, sealers, bag turners and conveyor belts.
Records all data and sample products as instructed.
Conducts visual quality checks on color, weight and appearance.
Ensures packaging material/bulk vessels meets specifications and meets company quality standards.
Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged/loaded according to specifications.
Performs minor adjustments or repairs and/or clears away damaged product containers.
Ability to understand capabilities of equipment as well as standards and proper set points (i.e., metal detectors, checkweights, scales, etc.).
