Job Description
Manage shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse inventory at warehouse fulfillment center.
Supervises all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Provides direct supervision to all warehouse personnel. Manages and trains personnel over multiple shifts. Maintains excellent inventory accuracy through entire material flow process - receipt, storage and replenishment. Ensures the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse to meet service standards. Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficient operations. Ensures that equipment is utilized in the most efficient manner. Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with both inside and outside customers. Maintain warehouse management system and shipments via various systems. Oversee inventory control by conducting physical counts and reconciling with warehouse management systems.
Required Skills
Strong inventory control experience
Computer applications - including MS office and Excel
Knowledge of WMS Systems
Detailed knowledge of materials flow, shipping and receiving functions (both inbound and out bound) in a fast moving environment
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong process improvement and continous improvement skills
Previous supervisory experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of fulfilment management experience in a warehouse or production environment
