Summary:
In collaboration with the National Cardiovascular Service Line (NCVSL) team and the MBO Dyad Cardiovascular leaders, clinical team members and physicians, directs and manages processes toward achieving cardiovascular excellence within the communities we serve. This position provides leadership and guidance to CHI cardiovascular invasive imaging and therapeutic treatment programs to ensure high quality and appropriate utilization of services.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the development, management, day to day operations, and coordination of the CVSL patient safety evaluation system peer surveillance program for cardiac catheterization laboratories which includes:
randomization of case selection,
collection and distribution of information
track and trend resultts
reporting results
Directs and manages the cardiac catheterization laboratory accreditation process nationally; Facilitates application process, readiness review activities, and education related to accreditation requirements. Works with CVSL MBO dyads to ensure adequate support for and attainment of accreditation.
Continuously evaluates industry standards and technological developments; Provides knowledgeable recommendations to senior leadership regarding technology and clinical standards need, development, and change.
Provides leadership for the NCVSL Clinical Standards Committees; Develops and organizes meetings and content for programs including external speakers and subject matter experts.
Content expert for cardiac catheterization documentation systems, hemodynamic monitoring system, and cardiovascular imaging and storage systems and advises CVSL leadership on needs, use and functionality preferences.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program with Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentialor
Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program with ARRT credentialor
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with RN credential
Holds active license/certification
Bachelor Degree required Master's Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory
Recent supervisory experience
Electrophysiology lab experience preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
