REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Must have an active Real Estate License and be a member of a Board of Realtors.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must call leads emailed to you within 5 minutes (this will be verified).
Must follow up on leads with emails to the client
Must work weekends, we have a lot of out the country and state buyers.
Must have knowledge of the Long Island market.
Doing more than your job. Immediate response to customers. Don't mind working weekends when customers need us.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
