BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and/or support functions for a major business segment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor Degree with 4 years experience OR 6 years experience. 5 years experience gathering program requirements and acting in a leadership capacity. 3 years operation project lead experience. 2) Experience in application development lifecycle and methodology with an emphasis on interactive development. Experience in a support, mentoring, and consulting role for internal application team customers including analysts, developers, architects, and project managers.
3) Experience planning and scheduling of significant work efforts and variable efforts using a project planning tool.
4) Experience managing and enabling development community with fluid work requests and deep technology skills.
5) Knowledge and experience with MQ series, WebSphere, FTP, Java, IP, UNIX, NT, WSAD, and J2EE.
6) Ability to lead and work in multiple teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
7)Ability to foster technical documentation for enterprise use for common services, frameworks, and components.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) 3 years project and management experience and training.
2) 3 years of object oriented application development or support/maintenance experience. UNIX, Web, networking, security, telecommunications, platform architecture and performance tuning experience. Web specific hardware, OS, and software design and development experience. _Job ID #:_ 439037

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
