Maintenance Technician
A Maintenance Technician is needed to work within our property management organization!
The Maintenance Technician will:
Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior property
Perform basic maintenance functions
Notify management of areas that need repair
To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate should have:
An HS Diploma or GED
A valid driver’s license
Prior experience in a similar position
The ability to operate on-call
