Customer Service Specialist
Our company is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
- Has experience with home networking equipment such as a modem, router, ethernet, or wireless
- Has experience with video streaming
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Handle incoming requests from customers via phone or email
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Have sound knowledge of procedures and practices of call center
This position offers a starting base pay rate of $9.00.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
