Responsibilities include:
o Answer incoming calls, email, and/or chat messages
o Answer questions about products and services
o Research & answer questions about orders
o Assist customers with placing orders
o Determine course of action to resolve problems
Preferred
Qualifications:
o 1
years of administrative or customer service experience or recent graduate from degreed program
o Excellent verbal & written communication skills
o Ability to read & understand electronic messages
o Comfortable working with and learning new computer systems/programs and processes
o Accurate typing skills
o Familiarity with and ease of use of internet, internet searches, facebook, etc.
o Ability to resolveEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
