Essential Functions:

Summary:
The position will involve start-up, normal operation, monitoring and shutdown of HVAC and equipment; troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration and repair work of all mechanical related systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Electrical power systems and stand-by power generation equipment.
Air handlers and HVAC systems.
Ultra Low Freezers
Centrifugal and Reciprocating refrigeration chillers with related chilled water distribution systems.
Pharmaceutical Air Compressors
Pharmaceutical compressed gases and piping.
Monitoring and control of systems utilizing computer driven Building Automation System (BAS).
Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good business practices (G).
Experience and Required Skills:
Education and
Experience:
Technical school training and/or field experience in AC, Heating, Chilled Water Systems, Building Automation controls and Freezers is required.
Shifts Available:
6th Shift (Thurs & Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM / Sat & Sun 7:00 AM-7:00 PM)
7th shift (Thurs & Fri 7:00 PM-3:00 AM / Sat & Sun 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Shift start/end times subject to change, flexibility to work additional shifts strongly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
